  • Aesthetics by Alice is located within the St Kilda Road Towers at Suite 344, 1 Queens Road, Melbourne 3004.

    Please note that we operate by appointment only to ensure every client receives a personalised and uninterrupted experience.

  • Yes – there are several convenient parking options:

    • 1-hour ticketed street parking on Queens Road

    • 2-hour ticketed parking across the road on Bowen Crescent

    • Secure underground parking is also available within the building for longer appointments (please note this option may be more expensive).

  • The easiest and fastest way to book is through our online booking system on our Booking Page. Alternatively, you are welcome to reach out directly if you have any questions or would like guidance before booking.

  • No problem at all! If you're unsure, we recommend booking a consultation appointment. During this time, we’ll assess your needs, answer any questions and create a personalised treatment plan just for you. You’re also welcome to get in touch beforehand for advice on which service best suits your goals.

  • Yes, we do! Consultations are a key part of our approach, allowing us to better understand your concerns, goals and ensure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

  • Yes – we offer Afterpay, which can be used via Apple Wallet or compatible card platforms. This gives you the flexibility to enjoy your treatments now and pay in manageable instalments.

  • For your safety and the well being of your baby, we do not offer cosmetic treatments to clients who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. We’d love to welcome you back once you’re able to safely receive treatments.

  • We understand life gets busy. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited, as we run to a strict schedule to respect all clients’ time.

  • Absolutely! Appointments can be rescheduled online. We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice where possible, but understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Just let us know as soon as you can.
