Established in 2021, Aesthetics by Alice was born from a passion for helping others feel empowered, confident and beautiful in their own skin. With a strong focus on clinical excellence, Alice offers high-quality, non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a warm, calming and inclusive environment that feels more like a self- care sanctuary than a clinic.
Clients are welcomed into a space that is intentionally designed to be relaxing and non-judgemental, where treatments are never rushed and each experience is personalised to suit the individual’s needs. FOUNDER OF AESTHETICS BY ALICE
Alice is a registered nurse with over eight years of experience in the healthcare industry and more than four years specialising in cosmetic injectables. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University, she followed her passion for aesthetics and opened Aesthetics by Alice, an independent cosmetic practice built around empowerment, clinical excellence and connection.
What sets Alice apart is her empathy-driven approach and dedication to delivering personalised, high- quality care. Her background in nursing laid the foundation for being patient-centred in her work, where safety, education and trust are at the heart of every treatment. She’s committed to ongoing learning and has travelled overseas for specialised masterclasses, including a 1:1 Russian lips training with an international expert in her own clinic.
From cosmetic treatments to skin boosters and collagen supporting treatments, including Rejuran, Alice is passionate about helping her clients enhance their natural beauty and feel confident in their skin. Her boutique space is known for its calming, luxurious feel, complete with soft music, warm lighting and a welcoming vibe that puts clients at ease.
Alice runs Aesthetics by Alice independently, offering a deeply personalised experience by appointment only. Her mission is to build long-term relationships and inspire confidence, one treatment at a time. She aims to enhance her client’s natural beauty, not change the way they look.
